The place was filthy, I was 2 days and the place was not cleaned neither the bins were emptied, there was just one toilet/shower for 8 people, 2nd day the toilet and shower were out of order, I don't know for how long because I left the place in the morning ant it was not fixed yet, the only good thing to remark is the good location, close to the port and city centre

A disgusting place, super dirty, there was no toilet paper, in 4 days they changed the trash once and because they were asked to, they swept the floor once which was disgusting the day I entered. You could hear all the noises from outside, and at night I think I heard a rat among the bags of other guests. The shower was pitiful in terms of pressure and I couldn't regulate the temperature well, boiling or cold, turning the heater on and off all the time. When I arrived at the hostel, which is not easy due to the lack of signs and how hidden it is, there was a girl in a bed behind a curtain (in the reception), and after waiting several minutes, calling and no one answered, and knocking on a door 3 times, she decided to get up and talk to me. The guy who used to be there too, we exchanged 3 words on my last day but before that they weren't there or they decided not to answer if they were in bed with the curtain. I have never been in such unpleasant accommodation. The mattress was super thin, uncomfortable beds

Staff were very friendly

Wifi was strong, location is good if you are doing a tour and want to take a shower quickly afterwards. I liked my bed as well. AC is working well, there was hot water in the shower.

1 bathroom for 10 people is not enough. I felt that the trash was always full, not sure how much they clean. Sink was dirty as well.

I dont know why there is so many bad reviews, this place is a really good budget hostel right in the center ! Hot shower, nice beds, and a quiet location away from the party scene.

No free water, and could use some more cleaning.

Location is great, it’s in the middle of El Nido, close to everything! Beach is literally 50m away. The receptionist Jay is awesome, we hanged out with him during one of the nights, such a cool and nice dude!

・The shower was too weak to take a shower. He made a mistake and didn't secure my reservation, so he told me to find a different hotel because he would refund my money.wtf I really don't understand what he is managing the hotel for. Why do I have to look for a different hotel? This is the message he sent from booking.com ↓ Hello good evening. Jay said you extended another night But we are already fully booked online jay didn’t confirm to me. Please come to the hostel so he can help you find another place. I won't stay here again
