The apartment was excellent. It is comfortable, clean and in an excellent location. It has the added bonus of a secure parking space. Like gold dust around Birmingham We went for a concert at the 02 Academy and it is a 6 minute walk from the apartment. The town is around 12 minutes away or a few minutes in taxi if you are feeling lazy.

There was a small issue with the boiler but that was just unfortunate. Mo was constantly in touch and did arrange repair but we were out at the time. He also made a very nice gesture to apologise so that was very kinds of him.
