There was a smell like mold in the room, also no phone shower, the bed was not comfortable and there where ants at the room.

Pillows were uncomfortable. The toilet seat broken. Bedside tables broken. Living room shelf broken so they placed it on an ikea shelf. Only one power socket for 3 appliances in kitchen. Hose for hot water system lazily routed behind bathroom mirror into shower, so you're looking at this dirty/mouldy hose while you shower. Open packet of shower gel left on shower soap rack. Shower head had red mould building up on around the jets. The whole flat looked like it hasn't been maintained, and looks rundown compared to the photos on booking.com.

Poor Internet connection, lack of day light, smell of old building. Bathroom door handle is broken.
