Le personnel très sympa

Il y avait des travaux dans notre étage… des bâches partout et l’odeur de peinture.

Accueil très agréable, y compris avec notre chien, espaces communs agréables, la chambre pour 4 personnes est très fonctionnelle, la literie est de qualité. La localisation était parfaite pour nous, en direction du nord de la France. L’autoroute A1 est proche.

Le petit-déjeuner un peu en dessous du standing Radisson, d’autant plus qu’en France, la qualité attendue est importante.

Très jolie salle de bain mais de piètre qualité au niveau des finitions, eau chaude et froide inversée, bouton chasse d'eau tenant avec du scotch, incroyable !

Absolutely nothing

The check-in experience was frustrating. Upon arrival, there was no staff present at the reception, and I had to wait several minutes before being assisted, with unprofessional communication throughout. Despite the hotel appearing largely empty, my request for an early check-in was refused without a credible explanation. The room was extremely cold on arrival (around 16°C) with the heating turned off, and it took several hours to reach a barely acceptable temperature, which could not be increased further. Breakfast was very poor and clearly scaled down due to low occupancy, with basic items such as eggs unavailable and no willingness to accommodate a simple request. Overall, the stay felt poorly managed and uncomfortable, and I would not choose this hotel again nor recommend it to others.
