The rooms were clean and decent

I had booked room with Air Condition but there the staff said we had non AC room and took some charge more for an AC Room. On booking.com confirmation the room literally shows “Air Condition”

Owner is very polite and smiling and very helpful. Rooms are specious and clean. Its right in the market and very close to the Metro station. One good udipi restaurant for breakfast is closer.

Hotels for food are little far away.
