Hice una reserva para cuatro personas y nos dieron un estudio con dos camas, opción que no deberían ofrecer para dicha configuración de familia. Además, no nos dieron opción a cambiar por algo que fuera cómodo.

The apartment was clean and newly renovated, the pool was empty the check in was very smooth and the guy was very helpful

The apartment at night was cold and they provided 2 thin blankets , and the heat on the air-conditioning wasn't working, but the next morning started working normally and I saved the settings, the next night we came back to the property, I tried the air-conditioning, but it didn't work again, I contacted the reception and explained to them the situation, and asked them if it is controlled from them or what ? The air-conditioning is working day time but not at night , so there are two possibilities, it is controlled by them or due to the lack of electricity as we have some light going and coming back all the time . The lady came to the apartment and she was looking at the issue, while she was on the phone talking to someone else and asking me where I came from and speaking her language, she was a pure rude lady , instead of focusing on fixing the air-conditioning asking some questions which not her business at all Well after all of that , she said it's sorted and will work in 2 min , I said to her I did the same setting and didn't work She said it will work I waited all night but it didn't work and I'm sure she knew that it won't work , and she knew this problem is going on to everyone staying In this property or the apartment I stayed in .

The apartment is clean and comfortable plus great location for old town.

Very poor wifi in building and rooms. Plenty of wifi available but poor signal strength and cuts out a lot. They really need to improve this.

Отель с лифтом, для уставших от долгого гуляния. Хозяина практически и не видели, но и не было необходимости. Все устроило. Соотношение цены и качества хорошее, рекомендую. Номера просторные.
