Very good and helpful family they support me very well

This must have been one of the cleanest rooms I've ever seen! They have also put some thoughts into making this place. It is so nicely decorated both inside the room and in the common areas. Everything looks so beautiful. The room was very spacious with excellent lighting. The WiFi is superb. Excellent view from the 3 floors common areas. The location is good for My Ne town but not for the best beach, but as I only had 1 full day to explore, it was perfect to be in town close to the bus to Nha Trang, as the sights are then stretching out in both directions. It's easy to find the homestay IF you read the message they send you with directions! The young couple in charge are so friendly.

They packed away the cozy outdoor sitting area on my 2nd day. Hopefully that was only temporary as it was such a blow.

Nice little homestay, cute balcony, comfortable room and nice bathroom. Netflix on the tv.

The owner let us do a laundry is the only thing positive from my stay there.

The most important is the attitude of the owner towards the guests. Also she made little mistakes like forgetting to give us pillow cases. Later on my wife found some cooked rice in the bed and me, a cooked noodles around the basin (also no hot water correctly, just burning hot or cold, and half broken shower). And no curtain to block the light in the morning. 6am. All the time the water pressurizer was kinda humming like 3s on, 5s off. After complain about all of this i could finally sleep around 0:30. And you listen the neighbours like no wall between us. Woke up at 1:30 by their noises. Woke up at around 6am by the host herself. Making so many noises like no guests in her homastay. . And then later on, like8:30 the niehgbourg again with super loud music, also her whole family was on the house living their life by 9 am. When i complained to her she just say, i quote "it's a homestay, you live like the family live here"!! I was shocked to listen to that!! It should be the opposite. I'm there guests and i do pay! Then her sweet attitude from the previous day become a very aggressive 'Karen'. Unbelievable!!. I needed to complain for everything and she is not happy about my complain, also saying that it's very different with other people... But she was super happy to take my money at the end. With no little reduction for all of this. (5000dong even she didnt wanted to) Another thing is off, the location of the homestay. It's on the middle of nowhere and about 500 meter of the location, not on the same road. And i bet i forget some others bad stuffs there. I just wasted one night and 10€

Beautiful room, clean and modern. Lovely hosts. Netflix on the TV.

Was a little far from the restaurants and bars, but more than achievable on the scooter that the hosts provided.
