"Superb"

Having a separate Room is very important to us. The whole place is alright

The caretaker who is supposed to be the one available on behalf of the owner was kinda hard to reach. We stayed at the same building but different condo. Their caretaker was very user friendly and easy to reach and was always there anytime we needed her. 7A we liked the place . The caretaker helped us with our laundry it was ok even the day after We appreciate it. Better later than never.

The place is nice. The owner is very accommodating.

The location is very far. The address was incorrectly pinned in booking. It will take a few minutes before you can book a taxi. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay.

"Could not sleep because too much construction"

I like the way it splits in 2 rooms

If something went wrong, we had nobody to call to help us. There’s no maintenance. No front office you’re on your own.

The place is great and very comfortable, and you can cook. You can just buy some ingredients outside and cook them yourself. Very affordable, and the staff and security guards are so nice. When I come back here to Bacolod, I will book this unit again for a month. I hope this place has more accommodations in the future.
