book咗四樓二人房,一入到去就見到個榻榻米發霉牆又發霉，枕頭上面嘅天花仲有隻好q大嘅黑色螞蟻，再望清楚地下又有兩三隻螞蟻週圍走，環境污糟好似冇清潔過咁樣，之後同櫃檯投訴先至換一間完全乾淨嘅畀我哋，如果邊位唔好彩入咗呢間房，一定要同櫃檯講換過間

It was pouring rain when we arrived, and the hotel staff kindly took the initiative to help with our luggage, even providing plastic bags for our umbrellas and other belongings. The hotel features the 'Ryujin no Yu' (Dragon God Hot Spring), and there’s also a hot spring tub right inside the room, which was incredibly relaxing after a long trip. Although the room was a bit small, it was extremely comfortable. Plus, the Senagajima Umikaji Terrace is just a 100-meter walk from the hotel, making it much more convenient than the other hotel we considered.

Although the hotel provides parking, it’s an outdoor lot, which is still a bit inconvenient when it rains.

櫃檯、餐廳接待人員親善有禮

406號房陽台上的泡溫泉湯碗缸，06/13下午本人黃先生使用時放了將近半缸的熱溫泉水竟然不熱，因爲是露天泡在裡面不到十分鐘，身體感覺寒冷，只好連忙起身擦乾身體，要不然感冒找誰負責呢？

Staff was very professional and courteous and accommodating well worth any price paid. The scenery was also magnificent and onsen were very nice.
