LSI Resorts at Ala Moana

The bathroom smelled musty and so did the small room. The smell gave my husband lung problems and both got a headache.

The hotel staff couldn't do much to help me due to this being a private unit. The coffee pot hadn't been cleaned in months. The ceiling around the sprinkler & lights crumbles every time the door closes, causing a mess on the floor and there was no housekeeping.

It was well located and convenient

Location was good. The pool area was reasonable as well!

Where do I start? Firstly, it took a while for staff to handle certain problems. (1) the hair dryer didn't work and it took them almost two days to replace it. (2) they charged extra for housekeeping and only had one extra set of towels for a week-long stay. (3) the bathroom/shower hadn't been cleaned properly and there was still an half-empty bottle of shampoo and used soap in the shower when we got into the room.

The ala Moana hotel was really nice however, the room not so much.

The room was not as expected. The pictures on the site is not even close. Booked a room with a balcony and had only a sliding glass door. Booked a room with an ocean view and had a parking garage 0/10 would not book again!!

This room was under LSI properties, thinking that the stay at Ala Moana Hotel would be like previous stays. This stay, room was dirty, dingy sheets, towels, and shower curtains. No wash towels provided, no service, and if you want toilet tissue, plan on purchasing yourself. Not a great experience at all!
