La terraza de Nico

Nice and clean apartment, beautiful terrace, view to the river and old city, easy parking on the street, exceptionally good guidance how to arrive. Even ice cold beer glasses in the fridge :-)

Acogedora vivienda de dos habitaciones con increíbles vistas frente a Toledo, situada junto al puente de San Martín, por el que se cruza hacia el centro de la ciudad antigua. A destacar la amabilidad de la recepción y la comodidad de la vivienda.

Very nice apartment; very comfortable and clean and quiet. Manolo is a very gracious host who responds to Whatsapp messages immediately. Beautiful views over the city. "Hop-on hop-off" bus stop nearby which makes travel around the perimeter of city convenient. It is up a short but steep hill, so if you have mobility issues you need to keep that in mind.

No complaints or concerns at all.

Heel netjes verzorgd, ruim appartement. Uitzicht vanaf het terras op Toledo is prachtig. Nabij gelegen parkeergarage (tegen betaling). Wij kregen vooraf uitstekende informatie van Manolo, zodat wij probleemloos in konden checken.

Smalle straat voor auto's. Toegang naar het appartement is moeilijker als je niet goed ter been bent. Dit was voor ons geen probleem overigens.

APARTAMENTO MUY CENTRICO EN TODELO. 2 AMPLIAS HABITACIONES Y 1 TERRAZA EXCELENTE CON UNAS VISTAS INMEJORABLES. LA COCINA MUY COMPLETA Y NO LE FALTABA DETALLE AL APARTAMENTO. NOS GUSTO TODO.

We loved the beautiful view of Toledo from the terrace. The host was very responsive and helpful with information on how to find the place and enter. The street and neighborhood are very quiet with no traffic. The interior is comfortable, tasteful and well-maintained. We appreciated having what we needed to cook and have a few meals there. It is located about a 15-20 minute (beautiful) walk from the sights in the old part of Toledo.

You do need to go up some stairs to reach the front door, which was not a problem for us, but do be aware in case you have a lot of luggage or trouble carrying things up stairs. The location above the street is what gives the terrace such a beautiful view.

Manolo, el anfitrión, es estupendo. Muy servicial y atento antes de nuestra llegada, dándonos todo tipo de indicaciones y estando muy pendiente para hacérnoslo fácil pero sin agobios. Una vez allí nos espero hasta que llegamos, nos encendió el aire acondicionado para que el apartamento estuviera a buena temperatura, nos enseñó el apartamento y nos dio instrucciones básicas. Todo súper limpio, bonito, y muy funcional. El apartamento está totalmente renovado con menaje, camas y todo perfecto. Nos dejaron 2 toallas para cada uno, había jabón, detergente, lavavajillas, todo ok. Las vistas son maravillosas, al puente de San Martín. Bajando una cuesta pronunciada y cruzando el puente ya estás en la judería. A 20 min andando del Alcazar. Zona muy silenciosa. Se aparca en la misma calle.

Las camas eran nuevas y estaban bien, pero para nuestro gusto eran algo duras. Éramos 4 adultos y 2 niños y echamos de menos alguna almohada más. La entrada al apartamento no se aprecia en las fotos y no es accesible si tienes algun problema de movilidad. La ubicación del apartamento tampoco es muy accesible ya que se encuentra en lo alto de una cuesta muy empinada. Si no puedes usar la terraza por el tiempo, como nos pasó a nosotros, el interior es un poco pequeño para 6 personas. La mesa del comedor, aunque creo que se puede abrir, solo tiene 4 sillas. Hay dos taburetes, pero la zona de comer es pequeña para 6. El precio me parecido algo alto. Si regresase a Toledo buscaría algo más económico.

El apartamento cumplió con nuestras expectativas 100%. A 5 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad, y con unas vistas espectaculares de la ciudad desde la terraza, siendo este su detalle más especial aunque todo el apartamento es magnífico. El anfitrión super cercano y dispuesto a recomendarnos y aconsejarnos en todo momento. Además, suele haber aparcamiento fácil en la calle.
