Villa Marica, Premium residence, Krk

Die zentrale und zugleich ruhige Lage ist absolut toll. Die historische Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso wie der Strand oder zwei Lebensmittler. Der Ort Krk ist sehr ansprechend und der Tourismus ist im September angenehm. Das Appartement ist bestens ausgestattet. Wir hatten das Appartement mit Balkon. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und der Meerblick vom sehr großen Balkon ist wunderschön.

The kitchen was very well-equipped, with literally everything you might need. Nice huge shadowed terrace. I also appreciate the nice design of the apartment.

The stove was a bit old and shabby. The carpet in the living room might be renewed; I didn't have a feeling it was clean enough. The host is away most of the time, which is both good and bad, because there is no control of what other residents do.

Lokatie was prima

Er was geen verlichting bij de voordeur . Waardoor wij in de avond niet meer konden zien wat voor code we invulden. De parasols zijn aan vervanging toe.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare a Villa Marica durante il nostro viaggio in Croazia (eravamo un gruppo di tre amiche) e possiamo affermare che è stata una delle strutture più belle e confortevoli che abbiamo incontrato! La struttura è estremamente spaziosa e luminosa, offrendo ampi spazi per rilassarsi. Abbiamo trovato la casa impeccabilmente pulita e curata, un vero piacere rientrare dopo una giornata di esplorazione. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto l'occorrente, perfetta per preparare i pasti e sentirsi come a casa. La posizione è un vero punto di forza: a pochi passi dal mare, ideale per godersi la spiaggia in qualsiasi momento. Le camere sono confortevoli e i letti comodissimi, garantendo un riposo rigenerante. Ma il vero gioiello di Villa Marica è il terrazzo: ampio, panoramico e arredato, il luogo perfetto per colazioni con vista, aperitivi al tramonto o semplicemente per godersi la brezza marina. Un ulteriore vantaggio che abbiamo apprezzato è il parcheggio riservato in loco, una comodità non da poco che rende l'arrivo e la permanenza ancora più agevoli. Consigliatissima per gruppi di amici o famiglie che cercano una vacanza rilassante e di qualità in Croazia!

Naprosto úžasná lokalita. Kousek k moři, do centra, do obchodu, vše bylo v dostupné vzdálenosti. Apartmán v klidné zahradě s naprostým soukromým (měli jsme apartmán v 1. patře). Apartmán byl krásně vybavený a čistý. Vše bylo perfektní, hezky barevně sladěné a cítili jsme se zde jako doma. Ráda se tam zase vrátím. Jsem nadšena tímto ubytováním.

Très bel appartement, avec une très belle terrasse, bien spacieuse et bien équipée. Très bien situé, très proche du centre de Krk et des plages. Idéal pour visiter l'île de Krk. Hôte très réactif. Un parking est un peu étroit, mais très utile !
