"Joli studio dans un bel environnement"

Emplacement exceptionnel avec vue sur le Rocher du Diamant et plages à proximité. Logement très calme et propre donnant sur un bel espace vert. Grand parking. Michel et Ghislaine nous ont très gentiment accueillis. Un planteur nous attendait et nous avions de quoi prendre un café le lendemain.

Très grande résidence non loin du village et de la plage de anse Caritan. Super accueil avec les explications très claires des propriétaires merci ! Super bien équipé on n’a manqué de rien! Petit bonus : la vue sur le Diamant !

Je ne mets pas 10 pour l’insonorisation pas terrible

calme sécurisé en retrait des activités et animations ; désir de se reposer satisfait

les abords extérieurs parking , emplacement poubelles sont négligés : branches sèches, 2 VHU occupent des places de parking. Risques de chutes en bas des immeubles en raison de vert de gris en temps de pluie.

"Beautiful peaceful garden setting for studio flat"

Located in a beautiful peaceful quiet garden, with other studio flats, birds and butterflies abound. There is a view of the sea from the balcony and The Diamond rock to the west can be seen on clear days. The studio was small but had everything I needed. There is a bar and restaurant very nearby and the walk to Ste. Anne takes 15 minutes. The lovely walk to the the beach of Les Salines goes right past the flats. Parking is easy. Above all, the friendly and responsive concierge who gave quick and informative answers via whatsapp and booking, was a great help to find the studio and settle in. She even came to the flat to the flat to welcome me. She provided a bottle of rum punch as a welcome gift, thank you so much Magalie 😚
