The location was great and the staff.V a messenger was quite prompt with a couple issues that needed to be fixed in the unit. comfortable and a great value for the money.

The rooftop pool tiles are coming off of it and it needs to be Addressed....

"Cómoda, y con una buena relación calidad-precio"

Muy buena relación calidad-precio para la oferta que existe en Playa del Carmen. Buena ubicación. Facilidad para entrega llaves. Ventanas con mosquitera para dejar abierto y circule el aire, y con el ventilador de techo casi no es necesario encender el AC.

La estancia en general estuvo bien, pero me gustaría remarcar algunas cosa que tienen que mejorar. Los grifos tanto de la ducha como de la pica el agua no sale apropiadamente, y el desagüe de la ducha esta suelto. Note a faltar un tapón para la pica, Y el punto mas importante a mejorar es que me encontré un par de cucas en mi estancia, y hasta que no puse el felpudo debajo de la puerta, tapando la holgura que hay no me quedé tranquilo, después de eso todo bien.
