⭐ Located in a very strategic itersection of the downtown, which makes it a perfect place to travel from ⭐ Big kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, large cabinets & almost all kinds of kitchen tools and items like stewpans, frying pans, plates, glasses, cups, spoons, forks and knives ⭐ Sturdy large round table that could be used for multiple purposes ⭐ Washing machine with many programs for all kinds of laundry ⭐Balcony with a nice table and two comfortable chairs with cushions as well as a good view of the hills nearby ⭐ Big windows that let the sun into the flat all day long ⭐ Long and thick curtains that can block sun light when it's too bright inside ⭐ Very isolated walls and doors that doesn't let the cold weather in ⭐ Floor heating system that can be adjusted via an analog / manual thermostat on the wall ⭐ Fan in case of days with a high temperature ⭐ Ceiling-tall cabinets that can store a great amount of items ⭐ King-size bed ⭐ Great lights that brighten up the flat from the hallway to the kitchen and the table ⭐ Great mirrors in the hallway, helping you see all the details about your looks and outfit before you go out ⭐ High performance bagless vacuum cleaner for those who use vacuum bags to reduce the size of the clothes etc. as well as for a quick dry clean up without the hassle of calling and waiting for a cleaning service ⭐ Distinctive oil paintings of two parrots that add an artistic as well as a cozy atmosphere to the flat ⭐ Friendly, polite, well-mannered and attentive manager host who can speak good English (although I've heard they would part their ways with the property owner soon, so I don't know if they would still be available in the future of this apartment) ⭐ Free cleaning service (part of the management company) ⭐ Free garage ⭐ Great price! Far more budget-friendly compared to its counterparts that might not have it all

👎 The bathroom counter, sink and faucet might look quite nice but this combination is technically defective. It causes a big amount of water puddles when it's used. The whole bathroom counter gets wet after using the bathroom faucet and the water starts to drip onto the floors and leak into the cabinet and the whole bathroom gets wet over time. This is why the wooden structure of the counter is flaking at certain points. Towels and mops are required to dry the counter and floors every time you use it. And it's quite exhausting and time-consuming. Other than that it also is a big obstacle between you and the bathroom mirror, which makes it hard for you to see details when you shave your beard. But the great mirrors in the hallway make up for it. So it's not a very big deal. Anyway, I believe the property owner will make some improvements in the bathroom when they have budget and time for this. This will make this apartment flat a 10/10.

The apartment on first view looks very pretty and is located minutes from both busstation and city center

The entire room smelled heavily of sewage. It was very dirty in essentially every corner, on top of shelves and especially on the balcony. the bathroom lamp was just an uncovered ray of leds with random cables hanging around. The shower is flooding the entire bathroom. The AC is non functional and only represented by a broken apparatus hanging on cables out of the entrance mirror. Both check-in and check-out require you to reach your hand into a closed mailbox in order to retreive and return the keys. The elevator and floor doors seem to only open to key and keycard so splitting up your group and returning independent of each other is unfeasable. Contact with the property owner was very slow
