The view onto ocean was really nice.

The musty smell inside the building especially in the bathroom.

The decor is fresh. The view of the sea is remarkable. Lovely way to wake up in the morning. Although not in the heart of ponta Delgada, it’s a close enough walk and there are bolt scooters to rent nearby. There’s also a small grocery store a short walk away and a cafe down the road. I absolutely would stay here again.

The washing machine is stashed under a staircase and not easily accessible. Even though space is limited, it might be better to put it where the oven is.

Widok na ocean. Wygodne łóżko i dobra aura do spania. Wszystko co trzeba na miejscu (garnki, patelnie,pralka na dole) , bezpłatny parking pod samym budynkiem. Bliskość sklepów spożywczych. Cisza i spokój. Świetne miejsce wypadowe na każdą część wyspy.

Jedyny minus to brak infrastruktury turystycznej, ale niestety tak wyglądają Azory.

Ubytování příjemné, vše proběhlo skvěle. Po zjištění a nahlášení rozbitého fénu paní majitelka hned reagovala a zajistila nový. Je to malý pokoj s mini kuchyňkou, ale dostačující.

Jen nám chyběly háčky na zdi na bundy, sušák na prádlo a poličky v koupelně.

We loved the view, absolutely magnificent, especially at the sunsets! It was matching the photos! Ocean waves sound accompanied our stay. We had expected privacy for our 1 week stay. We had studio at 3rd floor, penthouse almost) Very well equipped, clean and spacious enough for a couple. Parking slots are sufficient just in front of the building.

Just as a small improvement- we had a possibility to use a washing machine, but it wasn’t possible to dry the clothes properly, ventilation wasn’t sufficient to dry the laundry, maybe it can be some solution provided.
