"Bad experiences!"

The room size is OK but not clean or tidy enough.

The host is not friendly, we didn't feel cared or served from them, there's no hot water for the shower, we politely asked the host for help, but what we got is only excuses and delayed reply. that's the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Good location

The shower was cold,the bathroom was wet and dangerous after someone took a shower.one would easily slip if not careful.I raised the issue with the host,i hope he works on it. Otherwise the rest of the house was okay.

I didnt like anything they gave me towels with holes and they did not say sorry. I booked Cosy 1 apartment but I was given an expensive apartment at Heartland gardens. They demanded money in cash after I paid via credit card.That was a bad exprience and I will never use their services again.

Old towel with holes and the water tanker was dirty inside. I did not drink water for 2 days.

nothing. The owner was hostile and abusive

The owner was bossy, abusive and very disrespectful. I will not recommend anyone to that facility.
