It’s close to many wonderful beaches, restaurants and convenient stores. The property has all necessary amenities such as washer, pool, etc.

We enjoyed our stay.

Вилла очень просторная, три спальни на втором этаже и одна спальня на первом. Плюс большая гостиная. Внутри есть всё что нужно , много разных мелких бытовых вещей, это всегда очень удобно когда приезжаешь на несколько дней. Также на кухне было много всего для приготовления еды, разные приправы, масло для жарки, много разной посуды, сковорода и кастрюли. Хозяйка оставила немного продуктов в качестве комплимента. Есть газовый гриль на улице.

Удобно было бы добавить план дома в фотографии на букинге, чтобы понимать как расположены комнаты. Жалко, что кухня не очень большого размера. Хотелось бы какой-то раздельный сбор мусора на переработку, но в Тайланде с этим проблема, это не недостаток виллы.

Great place, great host! Everything you need and even more is available in the house and on the territory. I liked everything very much. We have been choosing a place to stay for a very long time and for good reason. I recommend this place as much as possible for a company or a large family!

The unexpected cost of an electricity bill. In all my years traveling and using booking.com we have never ever come across where you have to pay extra for electicity. What we particularly did not like was that the opening reading of the electricity bill was not shared with us until the morning of departure. And since there is 2 properties there is no clarification as if the bill is isolated to the property where we stayed.

20 out of 10! Jackie is a super hospitable hostess, she has a very cozy and comfortable villa. Always ready to help promptly in any situation, loyalty to the guest is on top! The villa has everything you need - lots of appliances and utensils in the kitchen (even an ice bucket for champagne), large TV with subscription to streaming services, 3 huge soft sofas in the living room, washing machine, barbecue area with a gazebo and a large table, deep pool for those who like to dive (we have not seen such a pool anywhere), sun loungers with huge umbrellas, parking with awning for at least 2 cars, the garden area itself is just huge compared to other offers on the island. All bedrooms are super comfortable, especially the master bedroom on the second floor, presidential level) We didn't want to leave, next time we will come for a month at a time)!

There were a few technical difficulties with the water pressure in the villa and the air conditioning on the second floor, but everything was promptly solved by the hostess despite the fact that the whole country had the day off because of the new year.
