Beds were slightly uncomfortable, and pillows weren't great apart from that the appearance was fantastic

Absolutely nothing was as expected. The place was messy and had not been cleaned when we arrived. All the belongings left by the previous customer were scattered around the house, and the kitchen was extremely smelly. We contacted the property owner, and he offered us two options: wait one hour for cleaning or receive a £30 discount for cleaning fees while we stayed. However, he only showed up with a vacuum cleaner. We couldn’t stay in the property and had to book alternative accommodation elsewhere on New Year’s Eve, which was a total waste of time. Booking has not provided any refund for this issue. As two couples, we are shocked and frustrated by this experience. The property was nothing like it was advertised, and we couldn’t even use it. To make matters worse, Booking closed my query without obtaining further information, photos, or other evidence I could have provided. This is extremely disappointing, and I believe a refund should be issued under these circumstances.

Heating was to hot couldn't turn down bathroom not bad

It was not very clean could put clothes in draws they were dusty and full of hairs the beds were very uncomfortable the couch very uncomfortable the fridge froze our food no microwave had to wash plates,cutlery and cups no tea towel 4 people 3 towels 1 small it was like a student let the furniture older than me the worst place I have stayed in and would not recommend
