"Hygienic conditions need improvements"

The sitting and dining room is spacious.

The kitchen bench, the oven plus the accessories inside, and the fume extractor were all dirty (sticky and oily). Toilet bin and kitchen bin were not emptied. Shower curtain in bathroom had 3 hooks off, leaving one top corner dangling.

The apartment was clean and large.

The location is miles out of the centre if Edingburgh. We didn't like the safety aspect of some.of the resident wandering around under the influence of something outside the front of the building was intimidating. No WiFi or Tv

"Exceptional"

It was an absolutely amazing stay. The view on Arthur's seat and sea from one of the bedrooms was stunning. The location is perfect, calm area, free parking and close location to Lidl.

Everything was fine.

"Excellent apartment and location"

Superior apartments, good location, nice neighbours, perfect place to stay with family, nice and comfy double beds, kitchen with everything you might need, everything looks to high standards! Owner is a decorator so the apartment is exceptionally good looking

"Had we had access earlier - we would have left and stayed elsewhere!"

advised check in from noon - arrived to be told it was 3pm and that the apartment needed to be cleaned before we could access. We left and returned to find the door unlocked and to say we were disappointed was an understatement!

"A Perfect Place to Stay in Edinburgh"

I would like to commend this property for it is a decent apartment to rest while you are in Edinburgh. the location is near to bus station and a number of supermarkets. The city center is 30 mins away by bus and as it said all the action is taking place. Edinburgh is a nice city and this flat is a home away from home. There are facilities like washing machine, cooking utensils and refrigerator where you can use and cook. Recommended for families and group of friends. Kamil was very nice although I havent met him personally, he gave us instructions and answered our queries. Overall, I have a pleasant stay!

it's located at the 2nd floor and if you have a heavy luggage, you might have a bit of difficulty to carry it up to the flat.
