The facility and the pools

Todo correcto y limpio, pequeño pero muy funcional.

El sofá cama era incómodo, sólo apto para niños pequeños.

The apartment is nice, comfortable, and well equipped with almost everything needed. The kitchen is convenient for cooking, the bathroom is excellent, and the bedroom has a large, comfortable bed. The spacious balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea, promenade, and mountains. The location is very good, with a nice park nearby, shops, the beach, the marina, and city area within walking distance. The host is responsive and replies on the same day. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

The main drawback is the sofa in the living room. It is fine for sitting, but very uncomfortable for sleeping: thin mattress, very noisy, and creaks with any movement. Suitable for a child, but not for an adult. Minor issues include scratched non-stick cookware that should be replaced, and the lack of a coat and shoe rack near the entrance.

Locatie en app; erg schoon en ruim.

Het feit dat op het balkon, vanwege de ligging, TOTAAL geen zon komt maakt dit app ideaal voor de warme maanden maar niet voor de maanden oktober- maart/april. Wij hebben er gedurende ons verblijf van 4 weken in november/ december weinig buiten kunnen zitten. Door het ontbreken van de zon als warmtebron was het er gewoon te koud. Jammer.

Property was extremely clean.

Reception staff not friendly Need strap to access the pool & if you loose you need to pay 6€ each. This is a money making racquet, unnecessary stress for a holiday. €5 charge per sunbed per day, again if you were a family of 4, this would cost €140 per week 😒 Supermarket on site extremely expensive.
