USPretty clean, full kitchen, laundry facilities and no stairs. I was there for one night.
The washer is full of mold, the window sill in the bathroom was full of bugs and spider webs. I like to open the window for air when running my blow dryer and while getting ready for work and there is a bandaid I assume covering a hole behind the bathroom faucet. I wonder if the bed sheets and towels are washed in the moldy washing machine, yuck!
