Delphi View!

The cabin door in the bathroom was not working properly and was very difficult to close, needed to put big effort to close it and making too much noise . Also, the sofa in the living room was not clean, we found hair on it from previous clients probably. Additionally, it was dissatisfying that in the kitchen there was not even coffee or anything to drink and the fridge was completely empty and had a terrible smell when opening the door. Finally, our trip was for work purposes and had asked for a business invoice from the very beginning through the booking application and to the hostess right after our stay to send us the invoice issued to the company we work for, however the person in charge was delaying the process using excuses and blaming her accountant for the delays. I called her many times asking for assistance and in order to close this matter but it was never resolved. I never received the invoice and have problem with my employer who cannot cover the expenses now. The situation was described to her but she never returned with an invoice. This is really bad customer service and unacceptable.

The beds were comfortable and the location was quiet. The apartment was quaint. Galaxidi is a beautiful seaside village, with lots of good places to eat.

The hot water only lasted less than two minutes, literally, that was very very disappointing. There was no sea view as stated and no city view. We were in the back streets with only the mountain view. There is no television, which is a must, especially for people who do not go out of a night time. The glass shower screen is dangerously loose, and is ready to fall out. Not impressed with the bathroom at all.
