Puri Kantor Legacy - Heritage Palace

Everything was wonderful, clean and great location with Beautiful Staff!

One and only thing, even as little as I watch TV, I like having it on for news and I found myself on my phone instead.

Right in the middle of the centre of Ubud you find this beautifully decorated, carefully kept palace with wonderful staff looking after every need. What I particularly liked about the hotel is the emphasis on local culture and heritage, which is unique these days. No pool other than for purification ceremonies. Great food, catering to every need and a focus on Balinese food, which much to my surprise has disappeared from most menus in town. I really recommend joining the Balinese heritage experiences.

I had a perfect stay at Puri Kantor Legacy – Heritage Palace and truly enjoyed every moment there. The staff were incredibly friendly, responsive, and always did their best to accommodate any requests. Every single staff member I interacted with, whether chatting casually or participating in activities, was genuinely warm and welcoming. The room was very spacious, and the facilities were excellent. The overall environment was beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. Even though it is located right in the centre of Ubud, the property itself feels very quiet and tranquil, which made it even more enjoyable. I joined the morning rice field trekking and the cooking class, and both were highlights of my stay. Walking through the rice fields while hearing local stories and learning about Balinese traditions was meaningful and refreshing. The cooking class was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Preparing traditional Balinese dishes in a palace setting was something very special. The food turned out delicious, although the portions were quite generous (I felt a bit guilty not being able to finish everything!). Another thoughtful touch was that the staff helped take photos and videos during the activities, making it easy to relive those wonderful memories afterward. The only minor downside was that due to a fallen tree in February, there was some construction near the main entrance, which made the location a bit difficult to find at first. This is definitely a place I would love to return to on my next trip to Ubud. Highly recommended!

Everything. This place is magical. Actual palace turned into hotel rooms. I've stayed in many beautiful resorts over the world but this place is truly spectacular and unique. Location is in the epicenter of Ubud yet when you pass the gates and are into the gardens you can't hear the heavy traffic or any noise. 10**********. We will be back

1. Need a proper cabinet for hanging clothes 2. A dinner for 2 persons took such long long time to prepare. We have to wait 45+ mins to bring the food. Need to improve. Thank you!

El jardín, descubres como se vivía en un palacio oriental. Que no tuviera televisión en la habitación te hace desconectar del todo. La cena del menú balinesa fue increible.

La entrada esta ruinosa y no creíamos queincreíble. Pudiera ser nuestro hotel, pero es que está en obras, lo están rehabilitando

Puri Kantor Legacy exceeded all my expectations. The rooms are beautifully appointed with high-quality furnishings and kept perfectly clean—a rare find.　The staff are incredibly warm and attentive; they made my birthday so special with a surprise celebration and even gave me a small commemorative memento at departure.　The experience of staying in such a refined, regal palace was truly precious, and the value is outstanding. It was a stay I will always treasure.
