Christmas decorations in caravan (April).....Caravan not been aired...mix match cutlery.. Toilet brush very old..No matching seating..Very dated needs an upgrade. Neighbours dogs barking mostly all day.Smell of dampness

Not suitable and safe to stay. It was -10 degrees inside and outside. Not clean. Caravan is old that not a big issue but looks like they have not spent a single pence to refurbished it. They got few heater which can’t warm itself. We have informed booking.com in just few hours once we got in. Very next day the lady owner got in the van and spoken to us in front of my baby and kids such a way that we were scared and frightened. You can’t sleep there for safety reason specially at winter. Roof may be tin built so simple rain was making terrible loud noise. NO No NO to them.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like but the bed was two small for me and my husband so he slept on sofa but we are both really tall and I’m not slim
