AECO lovely 2 bedroom apartment for family and friends

The apartment was in a very good location for our stay and very spacious. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions. I liked that there was a dedicated parking space for the apartment and great instructions from the owner for entry into the parking garage, the building and the apartment.

Notes detailing certain unique things about the apartment would have been most helpful for foreign visitors. For example, turning on the water heater in each bathroom and perhaps labeling the switches for the lights, fans and fuses as there were so many.

Super responsive and accommodating host, shared detailed instructions for checking in, covered parking, nice and clean property, we actually ended up extending our initial stay

Crockery was a bit limited for our group of 6, a toaster in the kitchen would've been nice too, the A/C in the living room leaked water so it had to be turned off every couple of hours

The location is good, the furniture is excellent, and the price is quite acceptable. Safety is excellent, and the design of the living room and the colors of the furniture are very beautiful and modern

The location of the apartment is in the middle of the building, so you do not see sunlight in the living room. The smell of the building is somewhat bad but acceptable. We found more than one cockroach in four different places in the apartment. We also found leftover spices in the kitchen that caused a bad smell upon our arrival. The air conditioner in the main room pumped very weakly. Sometimes it does not cool down much, and the location of the router is annoying.. In general, these are my most prominent observations, and the apartment needs attention in these aspects, especially cleanliness, and it will be excellent for family residence.

Good location in Qurm, nearby grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable albeit windowless.

Cleanliness could be improved.
