Appartement parfaitement conforme à la description. Terrasse appréciable pour déguster l'apéritif offert par l'hôte ! Palerme et autres curiosités accessibles en train pour éviter de prendre la voiture si vous le souhaitez. Chambres climatisées, très agréable en juillet ! Le propriétaire est très réactif et plein de bons conseils !

Chambres sur rue, donc un peu de bruit jusqu'à 23h-minuit, mais acceptable pour dormir malgré tout.

Maison très agréable et propre, hôte très agréable et à l'écoute nous a donné plein de conseils. ma première visite à ficarazzi beaucoup de bel endroits a visiter j'y reviendrai le quartier est assez calme à proximité des commerces, des plages etc je recommande la maison

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. The host met us at the station, showed us around, and provided all the necessary information. He was very attentive, always in touch, and gave us excellent advice on excursions. The apartment has everything you need for a great seaside vacation. Highly recommend! :)

I arrived at the apartment by a rented car, the parking was free on the same street along the building. It was possible to find a space every time. It was easy to get the keys, the apartment was refurbished, clean and good for a family stay. Our host Salvo, was looking after us during our stay, he was the "number one" host in Sicily. :) He was asking are we ok and advising on Whatsapp where are the best beaches, restaurants and so on. He even sorted me out with some medicine when I cut my toe at the beach, thank you for that Salvo. You look after well your guests. The beds and pillows were comfortable-firm which my wife liked, as she often gets some back pain, but she had a great sleep in this place. The neighbours were quiet. If the location suits you I would definitely recommend staying in this apartment,

Clean spacious apartment with balcony and terrace. Not far away from the beach, train station and town center with pizzerias, cafes and supermarkets. Very nice hospitable hosts, thank you! Highly recommended 👍😉
