2BHK Chandra Jyoti Villa NIT Garden Nagpur

For our business purpose we have to go every where in India. We experience various Homestays and Hotels all over. In Nagpur we tried first time homestay and we are happy that our first experience was very good. The room and the entire place is beautifully decorated and you feel that you are at your home comfort. All the things in kitchen and the room have been kept thoughtfully. Owners are also always happy to help you. We have stayed 1 day and we didn't even realize. We will strongly recommend to use this homestay. The stay was very peaceful and wonderful. Didn't expect we can get this type of nice homestay in Nagpur.

Good experience to stay here . The location is prime and very approachable , 2 kms from the airport. Good for group booking as they have 8 deluxe A/c rooms. Catering for food service can be arranged if requested. Complimentary breakfast available. Good arrangements for the stay of guests for marriage function. Very near to marriage hall. Rooms are neat and clean and hygiene is maintained.

The hosts, Mr. & Mrs. Pandit are delightful to talk. They are generous and helpful .Their house is really comfortable ,well organised and their attention to detail and willingness to help is reflected in it. Everything is so beautifully done.The space is well furnished with all the requirements and the whole place has a very nice vibe.! In their fully equipped kitchen, they had even laid out daily amenities that we may need like milk, cookies, rice, dal, oil etc. when we arrived.A very nice, family friendly, a home-stay in every sense of the word. The house also gives ample privacy and is located in prime locality. Well connected to all parts of Nagpur. Spacious clean rooms with attached bathrooms in two bedrooms. Total they have two bedrooms and a single diwan bed in living room, with running hot and cold water all the time. They have beautiful garden open terrace upstairs for sipping morning tea or yoga practice, if any one wish too. Good sit out area surrounding by beautiful plants n lights. Overall good experience & recommended. Will definitely visit again. Location was awesome.

Very good stay overall, house is well located with shops all around and nice park walking distance, but quiet surroundings House is very clean, all necessities are provided by the very welcoming hosts. Would happily return there

It was nice stay. The location was apt.The villa is full of greenery with fresh air.All the amenities are upto the mark .It was comfortable stay and moreover very clean n tidy rooms.The host is very kind and helpful .It was fabulous stay.

Nothing as such.

Very excellent location and a nice kind of ground floor Villa, a really value for money. Host Mr. Vandish and his family is very helpful and kind in nature. stay was very comfortable for all of us, it's spacious 2 bedrooms with double beds and one single bed is there. All things are very neat n clean, well equipped kitchen with kitchenette. Our stay was very wonderful with all the means.

Pretty much nothing! Stay away from this property. The owner puts it up on other sites as well and if he gets a better booking price at the other site, he knocks you off.

With us, he got a booking from another site and he simply told us that he has given it to that other party and that he has another property which is a serviced appartment and he can give that. He took us there and showed us the room. I had book this villa as a two bedroom villa for INR 4,400 for two nights. He said that with the other property (the serviced appartment), he can give only one room and that too for INR 4,800 for two nights. Also, that property was not very clean. It was dirty to say the least. Definitely not up to the mark. We felt cheated and walked out. Later I had to book another hotel at a fancy price. Very disappointed with the kind of properties that Booking.com is listing.

They show photo of this good property and than when you go to the location map they will say this property is not available and they will force you to stay at different property...very Bad Experience.

Hot water facility was not available in bathroom which was fitted later. Also the hot water is on solar
