Rupas Hotel

The location, the staff, the food, the room, the view. It was an awesome experience staying with Rupas, and with so many options in Arugam Bay, it really felt like we lucked into staying at the best one. Michael the manager was exceptional

Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand, das ist sehr schön. Auch war genug Platz für die Rucksäcke im Zimmer. Sauberkeit war ok - wir mussten unser Laken wechseln lassen, aber das wurde sofort gemacht und war dann auch sauber. Das wlan war in unserem Zimmer gut.

Das Zimmer hat leider keine AC sondern nur einen Ventilator. Da das Zimmer unter dem Dach liegt, wird es schon sehr warm, was ein ruhiges schlafen schon beeinträchtigt. (Ein Zimmer mit AC wurde uns angeboten - aber zum doppelten Preis pro Nacht) Größeres Manko ist das Badezimmer. Es wir zwar von einer Wand umgeben, diese ist jedoch nur ca. 2,30 m hoch. Kurz um, dass Badezimmer ist kein getrennter Raum, was bei der Wärme ein Problem werden kann. Im Baderaum selbst ist ein Fenster, dieses ist jedoch nach Süden ausgerichtet und sobald die Sonne darauf scheint ist jeder Toilettengang ein kurzer Sauna Besuch. Etwas unangenehm.

Localização excelente e ideal para quem pretende surfar em Arugam Bay! Atmosfera incrível e vista maravilhosa! Funcionários super prestáveis Apoio do restaurante em frente também contribuiu para uma boa experiência. Quarto com ótima relação preço-qualidade e confortável.

AC não funcionava bem no momento da nossa estadia e pingava água constantemente; Chuveiro de água quente com pouca pressão - os únicos motivos para o quarto não ter sido 10/10.

Rent, fine rom og gode fasiliteter! Michael var veldig hjelpsom og gjorde oppholdet veldig behagelig. Anbefaler!

Wonderful location and friendly stuff! Defensively best place in town. Nice oat cappuccino next to the location ;) Side note:Arugambay is such a touristic place

I’ve really enjoyed the position, exactly on the front of the beach. The room was clean and the staff were always ready to answer to any necessities. I loved everybody in here! Also Rupas restaurant and Meori, the bar right next to the hotel, were incredible. Our everyday breakfast place. Come here!
