HKThe property exceeded our expectations. It was clean and had everything we needed. There were three rooms and two showers. Very comfortable. We would book again if come back to this area.

GBPristinely presented. Easy access to Ellesmere for event we were doing. Responsive host. Lots of space to park. Very cosy! Good sized garden at the back and proximity to local park if travelling with children.
GBGBGBEverything, comfortable 3 bed house. Well equipped, even a barbecue if the weather was good. Convenient central location with easy access to mid and north Wales . Lovely village, the house is a short walk from shop, castle, 2 pubs and a chip shop.

GBOnly improvement would be to have better blinds in the bedroom to cut out the morning light. Other than that the house was perfect for us and we'd definitely return.
GBLocation is superb. Only a short walk into the centre of the village to the local shop, pubs and the castle. There is a bus stop virtually on the doorstep for anyone that wants to leave the car parked up. We planned to catch the bus into Oswestry on Sunday but discovered there’s no Sunday service so we drove in after all. The house itself is lovely. I booked the holiday for my partner and myself, my brother and sister in law, their dog and my Dad. We were all really impressed by the decor, size of the rooms, comfortable beds and the lovely outdoor space. My Dad is 84yrs old and was initially concerned by the lack of a handrail on the stairs but he did manage to get up and down without any mishaps. If I was able to make one adjustment to the property it would be to add a handrail to aid anyone with limited mobility, young children or any other elderly visitors. This is merely an observation and it did not detract from our stay. Communication with Richard prior to our stay was very good. He was able to facilitate an early check in which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend the property to friends and family.
As already mentioned…a handrail on the stairway would be a welcome addition for some people.

Could have done with a hand rail on the main stairs — my daughter is recovering from an illness and the rail would have been useful. Only a minor point, though. Loved the property.
