Kroghs Tiny Houses - Hyttebyen

We enjoyed out brief stay at tiny houses - especially the kids. Felt like dipping toes in moomins world, magical experience.

Quirky and fun! Well equipped and design makes the most of its size - it is small, but the bed is more than big enough for 2. Clean bathroom and shared facilities.

Breakfast was fine but not that imaginative. More than 2 would be a squeeze!

The house was really sweet and we liked the peace. Breakfast was good, but every morning the same.

The walls were very thin and all the voices from outside came to inside the house, sleeping wasn't that easy. Also light came inside, there wasn't any way to make the house dark. But still we liked it!

The location for two people is wonderful but for four people is too much reduced.

Very clean accomodation and cosy houses. Good communication via mails and papers.

Really basic and prefab food as breakfast. Upgrade with more healthy things as fresh fruits, natural yoghurt with muesli. Lots of wasps due to the garbage nearby? We couldn’t open the door or sit outside without being attact by them

A proper common room would help. As well as to see someone from the staff at least once during a 2 nights stay.

The name does not lie, the cottages are tiny. But they are also awesome. A real-life Moomin cottage. The sofa downstairs folds into a bed, but we ended up squeezing in, all five of us, on the sleeping loft just because it was so cozy.

Nothing that bothered me.

An absolutly unique place. Charming small houses, big area for children to play and closeness to nature. Very helpful and hospitable owners. We loved it and hope to return one day.

Toilets and bathrooms are clean and tidy, but located outside, whitch can be challenging sometimes.
