GRΠολύ κακή κατάσταση του διαμερίσματος. Τα πάντα φθαρμένα. Από τα σεντόνια μέχρι τα ράφια και από τις πετσέτες μέχρι το ντουλαπάκι στο μπάνιο. Ακατάλληλο.

DEGute Lage, in 10 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt von Komotini. Das Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.Eingang auch für Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich und Aufzug vorhanden.Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. WiFi ist vorhanden und funkt schnell. Man sollte keinen Luxus erwarten und die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und dadurch wirkt es etwas vernachlässigt. Das Preis-Leistung -Verhältnis ist angemessen und für eine Zwischenübernachtung ist die Unterkunft ausreichend. In Deutschland würde man es wohl Monteurzimmer nennen.
Leider ist der Balkon geschlossen und als Küche zu nutzen. Kann mein Fehler bei der Buchung gewesen sein. Ist etwas schade in Griechenland keinen Balkon zu haben. Die Bettwäsche wirkte nicht ganz frisch.
DEHe met me at the bus station and took me home with his car. He is a very nice and polite gentleman. The flat is very comfortable. Markets are close , bakery at the beginning of the street. I recommend it, very good, thank you.
