Modern Townhome Near Downtown walk to CWS!

Owners were very quick at delivering anything that was missing and at answering and concerns or questions we had.

This is a beautiful, super clean, comfortable, and well-appointed condo! It was more than we expected! It had lots of stairs, but we appreciated the exercise we got. The neighbors were super friendly when we happened upon them. Patty provided us with her phone number in her email. Lot's of helpful information and what to expect was excellent. We ate at the wood fired pizza restaurant "down the hill" from the condo and were very pleased! The drinks were amazing, great service at bar seating, nice looking bartender/gentleman and the pizza very good. DO make a reservation. We will be back to eat and stay at this condo.

There was a little mix up with the key code - i needed it via text, not email ( i didn't have email on my phone). It was also difficult to get in because 1. Google Maps gave an incorrect condo in the same condo group. We didn't see the condo address above the garage for 20 minutes. A map of the condo neighborhood would help. Perhaps that's on us. Patty did provide us with her phone number in her email.

Lovely house in excellent quiet neighbourhood but easily accessible to Downtown and all the attractions of Old Market.Beautifully cosy and the photos truly reflect how well kept and up to date it is. Patty and hubby put up Christmas decorations and a tree which was a lovely gesture. We even used the well outfitted roof terrace to see in the New Year and exchanged pleasantries with some of the friendly neighbours. The parking garage is a great boon but it is an easy walk down to Old Market. Great value and will definitely book again on return to Omaha.

The location was perfect, less than 2 miles to the Henry Doorly zoo, less than a 10 minute walk to the center of downtown, a 5 minute walk to The Durham Museum, less than a 5 minute walk to coffee shops in Little Bohemia, less than 5 minutes to Italian restaurants in Little Italy. Rooftop patio was lovely, and had nice views of the nearby Basilica and downtown.

Comfortable, clean townhome. We really liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom with a half bath on the main floor.
