Amazing value for money, very clean, large room. Beautiful decorations, lovely new bathroom. A bit of a language barrier, but a very nice lady met me for early check-in. Very good location too, in a local neighborhood, walking distance to all attractions. Just note this area is closed for cars during specific hours, so the taxi left me quite far with my luggage.

I felt a little lack of privacy as a solo female traveler. A better window curtain would be great. My only real issue happened during the night. The bathroom was supposed to be private, but in reality, it could be accessed both from the room and from what I guess is the owner's courtyard. During the night, I was woken up by a noise and realised somebody had just entered "my bathroom" and started using it. It was really scary, as the doors were locked only with a tiny metal piece. Now, I don't know if this is a regular practice or if it was maybe some family member who didn't know I was there, but the owners should really pay attention to this.

Tam and his brother were really helpful, kind and friendly! The home is a 10 min walk away from the river front.

Very comfortable room, clean and cosy, great for relaxation, very good communication with mr. Tam, such a friendly and knowledge man and great attitude to be of service to his guests, the home is located in a quiet alley but in the heart of Can Tho, some very nice restaurants nearby and grocery shops just around the corner. Mr. Tam also offers guided cycling tours and his bicycles are of good quality also with gears if you want. Highly recommended. Thanks for the pleasant stay.
