Friendly and warm welcome. Clean, bright and quiet bedroom. Exclusive use of wonderfully equipped bathroom/shower. Extensive extras were most welcome and very thoughtful. Not far to walk to the Park and Ride, Cowes centre or East Cowes floating bridge. Excellent bus services to the whole island.

Beautifully presented with great attention to detail. Very clean, and offers everything you need. The bedding was super soft and breathable while the area is very quiet - I slept extremely well.
