O apartamento é bom, precisa de alguns arranjos, mas está aceitável, a limpeza deixa a desejar, um apartamento de 3 quartos só com uma casa de banho, é um demérito.

Buena ubicación. Aunque no tiene parking, a 5minutos andando hay un Saba que cuesta 14€/dia. (Plazas amplias)

1.- Limpieza General: Observamos que la limpieza podría mejorar, ya que el apartamento presentaba un olor extraño y desagradable al llegar. 2.- Baño: El estado del baño fue el punto más crítico: la ducha estaba totalmente embozada, haciendo que el desagüe fuera muy lento y complicado de usar, especialmente para lavar el pelo. 3.-Colchones: Excesivamente blandos y consideramos que necesitan ser renovados para ofrecer un descanso adecuado. 4.- Cocina: No había nada más que el estropajo y jabón. Echamos de menos papel de cocina o algún trapo. En resumen, la impresión general es que el apartamento necesita una renovación integral. La sensación es de estar en un piso de vivienda particular y no en un apartamento turístico.
