Couples retreat in heart of City-Wifi-Pool

I loved the face that the property was located in the centre of the city providing great access to local shops, restaurants and attractions. The apartment modern look with big dealing and massive entrance door and spacious area was perfect for our stay. It was well furnished and containing kitchen utensils and kitchen appliances such as washing machine and dish washer. I really enjoyed the apartment and the roof top for their amazing view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend this stay.

Few small annoyances: The cockroaches run the flat during the night, beggars running the streets during day and business communication was lacking response. I had stepped on few roaches during the night so had to be extremely careful in locking the food away and not leaving anything outside. On the first day I had to pay for some groceries for the beggars that would not leave me outside the building. These beggars operate strategically in fixed points around the building and are really persistent. Lastly, the business communications via booking and email were good but despite encouraging a response, never replied back.

1. My stove oven was not working and made things difficult for me to cook 2. Kitchen utensils were not there all of them. 3. The bathroom tiles were dirty 4. Service from the caretaker was poor. 5. No parking for my car

Great location, decent fixtures, nice aesthetic lovely staff

The apartment was good and a nice experience except that there seems to be a slight problem with small cockroaches. We spotted a few dead ones when we came into the apartment (picture attached) and then there were quite a few that appeared during the stay ( at least 5/6) which we had to kill. I suspect it’s a general building problem as we spotted a few in the lobby as well. I took pics just to show in case needed. Would be best to get someone in to fumigate

We loved the views and the layout of the apartment. It provided a sense of comfort and intimacy while also feeling luxurious. Staff was friendly and polite.

Perhaps a monthly fumigation could be done. We understand it's the CBD, but we found several cockroaches during our stay. Our cupboard doors also weren't working (couldn't open properly and kept coming off the tracks). We mentioned this at reception but no one came to check.
