5th wheel 4b

The 5th wheel I rented was in a quiet area. Although it wasn't fancy, it suited my needs perfectly. I did not need fancy, but I needed an affordable, safe and comfortable place while I was in transition from living in Arizona to New Mexico. I needed a place where I could sort and pack my belongings in preparation for the big move. I could pull right up to the door to load and unload my car, and there was a dumpster on the property where I could easily dispose of items I no longer needed. The shower was nice and hot with plenty of water. The refrigerator was a nice size and worked great. The unit was clean and in good shape. The best part of my stay was the interactions with the management. The owner was very accommodating and flexible as my dates changed. And Garrett, who was my onsite contact, was incredibly helpful. He responded quickly to any questions I had, and went above and beyond to help me accomplish tasks related to my move, for which I paid him separately. He was excellent in his knowledge, willingness to help, and was very efficient in the work he did for me. A stellar individual in my opinion. He made my out-of-state move much easier and I will always be grateful to him! All things considered, this 5th wheel was exactly what I needed and totally suited my needs. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable alternative to a hotel/motel.

The unit was located on a dirt road, but it was not too rough. Any vehicle would be able to drive down it with no problem, as long as you took it slow.

Put me in a different older and dirtier with no heat!!!!!

The owner lied, breach of contract is how I see it. I will be sure to relate this experience to all .

It was a horrible location. Couldn't get a hold of proper management. Canceled never stayed. Still waiting for refund.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Saved me a lot of money and the host is awesome!
