GBIt was relatively comfortable residents who stayed on the premises were nice and friendly.
Bedroom is far too small and so is the bed, should have a choice of pillows they were far too soft for me. Most of the fixture and fittings were not there ie. Washing machine, tumble dryer,clothes rack no clean towels for 3 days, tv too high on the wall so much gives a creek in the neck. Nobody to talk too with a request cleaner not there until night. Electric fire doesn’t work and the gas is switched off all afternoon doesn’t help when the weather outside is wet and cold. I don’t know why I was charged for the hot bath outside as I never requested this or used it I’m in my 70s does not appeal to me and trying to get through to booking.com is a joke

For a one night stay, the property was quite expensive. Of course, more than happy to pay this but then I think you're expecting a bit more for your money, there were just a couple of things that threw off the overall sense of the place - there was no welcome book, there was a television remote but no television, the outdoor bath was locked despite being told it was included prior to our stay etc. There was also no code given to access the property, so I used a PIN from booking.com which seemed to be the wrong one. It was quickly sorted through a phone call but I think I also caused confusion as it seemed like there was a few properties the owner was managing. It was a lovely place but all considered, when comparing to other stays, it's the personal touches that really make it and I felt the value for money maybe just missed the mark.
