Anja`s Villa

Villa is well equipped with all the amenities; there are 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 3 separate bedrooms and one spacious living room and is very clean. I even had access to Netflix. Fabian (the host) was great, at the check-in he waited for us at the villa, even though we arrived very late (after 10 pm). Also, in the yard we have our own parking place - so we didn't have to worry about parking. Beach is about 5-10 min walking distance - but this is not a problem for us. I recommend Malibu beach - it's a little bit far (10 min walk) but it's beautiful and sandy beach (just a few rocks).

There is no cleaning service. So, you have to organize yourself, to take out the trash every day to a bin at 5 min walking distance (best to do it on the way to the beach). The host told me to contact him if I need any cleaning services ... but in my opinion, this should be something "by default" (at least once at 3 days someone should clean the house and change the towels).

This was a lovely villa and had everything you would need. It has amazing outdoor space as well as great living space inside, which was needed as it was extremely hot so having space as a family inside was fantastic. There are balconies everywhere so you can have sun or shade and still enjoy being outside. The location is perfect for beach and amenities, everything is just a short walk. Fabian was an amazing host and couldn’t do enough for us and was very helpful.

The 3rd bedroom doesn’t have a proper bed, it’s only a sofa bed so 14 days was quite long to sleep on. It would be much better with a proper bed. You also have to access the upstairs using an outside staircase, which didn’t impact our holiday at all but would have been nice to have interior staircase available to us. We also ran out of water, this was a village wide problem, and Fabian was great and supplied water for us to enable us to flush toilets & offered us shower facilities in another venue which was very much appreciated.

The house was comfortable and big enough for 4 people. In the downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a big living room with kitchen. There is a staircase outside of the house, where you can go to the upstairs. There is a studio apartment here with a living room (with double bed), kitchen and a bathroom. It is not easy to find the house, but Fabian was very helpful. He is a very nice host. Very quiet area, close to a very good restaurant and a supermarket. There are a lot of stuff in the house, which make your stay comfortable: towels, kitchenware, dishwasher, etcetera.

According to the website, it is a beachfront villa. Well... There is a beach, cca 5 mins by walk, where the coast is sandy, but inside the sea there are huge rocks. So we couldn't go to the sea here. If you walk on the beach towards Malibu restaurant 5 mins, you can find a really sandy beach, where you can go in the sea. I missed some equipment from the house: microwave oven, washing machine, drying rack, dishwasher tablets. These things could make our stay comfortable.
