"Stunning, comfortable house with great facilities"

Beautiful, spacious house on 3 levels. Stunning views. Garage parking. Seperate utilities room with washer and dryer. Toilet and sofa ad pool table, up the steps to the garage. Great kitchen, utensils and welcome basket. Stunning views over the harbour. Comfy beds and quick help from management team and owner when an issue arose. We loved it! Lots of steps to the garage and harbour so legs got a workout. Really comfortable stay. 5 stars

Nothing. Superb. But as others said, the steepness of the outside steps would be an issue if you have mobility problems but if not, it’s a great workout and fabulous views from the garage!

This is a beautifully finished house with wonderful views over Brixham. The beds were comfortable and the property had everything we needed for our stay.

As we didn't have a car, we found the steps up from the Brixham Harbour area a bit of a challenge. Thankfully the four of us were reasonably fit! 7

Location of cottage excellent. House very well furnished and decorated. Very clean and tidy. Amazing view from windows . Brilliant location for visiting other towns nearby. Ferry from port to Torquay, saw dolphins on the way over. Even got used to the famous Brixham steps by the time we were leaving.

Travelled with my husband, son and daughter-in-law, none of us found the beds very comfortable. Maybe a little bit too soft or maybe just not we are used to. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The Captain's Cottage was a beautiful property, very clean, it was excellent. The property had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.
