Nature Loft by the river

The location was clean and nicely designed, the balcony was large, TVs in each room and beds comfortable. We personally loved the check-in system and we got assistance on the phone immediately when needed (there were really small things like the code for the garbage lock)

These are more of a suggestion: maybe add a kettle (ibric) in the kitchen appliances and a TV cable in the bedroom on the right side (we didn’t use it much on our side, but others might not know how to use a smart TV :p)

Room 6- the view was breath-taking. It's one of the main reasons for chosing this accomodation. The internet was excellent. Except for the train, that really didn't bother me, it was very quiet. Floor heating is awesome. It was nicely decorated. Access street was good and we were 1km away from the stores and restaurants.

We tried to overlook the first mishap - the water heater was left with water in it for a long time.. it had dirty water in it. There was no coffee pot, only several very big pots. Also, there were no trash bags. Upon telling this to the owner, he apologized, sent a colleague to fix it and complementary coffee capsules. They didn't clean the pot and by that time we've already bought 16 capsules box. Not sure why you put an espresso machine in the kitchen with no capsules available in the first place. The wine glasses were dirty/full of prints. What bothered me the most was asking us TWICE to "tidy up, clean the dishes and take out the trash", as if that's why I went on holiday, like using the clients for cleaning instead of a cleaning service. Then I don't know why we have to leave 5h before the check-in hour. I usually don't leave a mess behind anyway, but found it very disrespectful how they've insisted. I was never in my life asked to take out the trash, nor any of my acquaintances. Also, in 4 days, no one came by to clean, although there was hair and dust all over the place since we've arrived. The terrace and chairs are nice but uncomfortable without any kind of pillows, especially on cold weather. Those were the most uncomfortable beds ever, even tried to sleep on the sofa at some point but we weren't able to rest at all and left with back aches. It's a pity for such a new hotel, with that amazing view, to have such weak points.

We were the first guests of this place. They had just opened it. We had a very comfortable stay. Very detailed information in their emails with clear instructions. Magda was very happy to assist us with providing us extra bed sheets for the couch and also links with local car services as we had a problem with our car. Thank you!
