Locație este de vis. Atenția la detalii din apartament, curățenia din locație, priveliștea.

Distanta fata de plaja, care presupune un drum destul de scurt, dar abrupt. De evaluat de către familiile cu copii mici, care duc multe lucruri cu ei pe plaja.
