Incredible Sea & Mountain View AirCon Front Line of Atlantic Ocean

The ocean view is the best part, and the balcony! Also the location is good - several good restaurants nearby, close to the sea... The flat is clean and spacious, well equipped kitchen, good communication with the host... we were all very satisfied and I would love to return in here!

The parking situation in the area is disaster...

Bright spacious apartment with fantastic view, which compensates for other inconvenience, like noise or difficulty parking. The location is excellent if you want to go to beaches, take long walks along seaside.Lidl and Mercadona nearby, with good choice. The apartment itself is simply furnished and has everything you need. For my taste, perhaps too much of glass surfaces (glass dining table).

The apartment is located on the main street, which is noisy. The bedroom window facing the street doesn’t insulate the noise. The double bed in one of the bedrooms is not really double, too small for 2 people ( ok for small children, though).

The sunset views from the balcony were stunning! Wifi is good too and the air on works well if no other electrical items are being used at same time.

The property could do with a user manual to explain how things work (I.e. where is fuse-box if power shorts out when using aircon). The manual could explain where to leave refuse; how to take a shortcut to front street from the back street; what size of coffee pods to buy; etc Only one set of keys allowed for 2 couples- very messy. No shower mat. Toiletries very basic. One towel each was not sufficient- particularly when we only received 1 tablet for washing machine. We had to buy all the basics like aluminum wrap, cling film, bin bags. We were very disappointed with this. It wouldn’t cost much to supply these and leave your customers with a better feeling. The property site states availability of an airport shuttle bus, but this is not available and is misleading as it was one of the reasons we booked here. We hired a car, and parking is a really big problem in the area. We travelled in October and it was very difficult then.

Hard to find the parking close to apartments

- the host sent me a video that made getting in very easy - the review from the balcony was stunning as well as from one of the 2 bedrooms. - the kitchen was well equipped - the layout of the apartment was good

- the cleanliness in general is not to the standard you’d expect. Standing by the window and putting your hands on the window frame your hands get dirty as it’s covered with a layer of dust - the advertised free toiletries were not enough for one night, let alone for our 6 night stay. Not even soap was provided. We arrived on Christmas day, nothing was opened but the host didn't try to make it easier for us. - the water didn’t go down the drain in the shower. We had to purchase drain blockage remover which we had to use the whole bottle over the course of three days, so eventually it was better, although still nowhere near perfect - the window blinder in the bedroom that looks to the ocean was just put on top of its brackets so when I was about using it, it fell onto my head and then the floor. It’s not only out of order but it’s a safety risk - in the living room the light doesn’t work, it’s only the table lamp that works which is insufficient in a room of its size - the bidet is full of scale therefore it sprinkles the water all over the place which makes it pretty much useless

Amazing view, comfortable and clean apartment. The apartment had everything we needed. I would come back and recommend it to everyone!

A very big problem with parking, you're lucky if you find a spot somewhere close. Every time we would use a few different electronic devices, fuses would be blown. One evening was literally every few minutes (only washing machine on and TV, I guess a water boiler was empty and that added up).

Fantastic views from the balcony of the ocean to Gomera and Los Gigantes cliffs. Excellent location - Puerto de Santiago still retains some of its' old fishing port charm and has excellent restaurants, bars and cafes; but is within walking distance of the little resorts and beaches of Los Gigantes and Playa de La Arena. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, spacious and had comfortable beds and good air-con. Generally quiet and restful, there is not a great deal of night life which suited us to perfection! The host was very helpful if there was a problem. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a little difficult to initially find the property - instructions could maybe have been a little clearer, but that could have been because we arrived late, in the dark and the access was from a backstreet. We hired a car and parking is a bit of a nightmare everywhere, but amazingly enough we always managed to find a spot on the back road near our apartment every time we came back from a trip. Instructions about the air-con overflow would have been helpful to us Brits who aren't used to that. Otherwise it was a brilliant apartment and a brilliant stay.

If u are looking for breathtaking views and sounds, this is the best option. Waik up every day by the sound of the ocean and enjoy sunset every evening. Don't even get me started about eating some food with these views. You can find really tasty restaurants around and grocery stores. Especially big thanks for the host, guide me, and help with everything! It was amazingly interesting stay! If i come back, i will definitely choose you! Everything is just perfect!
