"It was a pleasant day. we had a good time"

I did like the amenities of the property, such as the pool spa and its proximity to Ayala mall

There was a leak with the air conditioners in the master bedroom and the living room, when the humidity rose, the air conditioners started to leak water. I’m guessing it’s from condensation.

"It was what we hoped for, a modern, well maintained and well equiped apartment."

Tke location was great with only a two minute walk to the Ayala Mall which has several good restaurants, a supermarket and lots of department stores.

"Very good except the construction noise around"

Feels we’re at our own home, convenient to everything and nice facilities… we will recommend to our friends

Too much noise at night… 24 hrs construction noise… we hardly get to sleep and we could feel/noticed dust all around
