Nico's House City Center

Hosts were amazing and gave us helpful tips to enjoy Catania and the surrounding area. The apartment is located in the historic centre, a great location. It is spacious with high quality facilities and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend for families.

This place was beautiful! Very spacious, AC worked great and kept us very comfortable during a particularly intense summer heat wave, and the host’s very kind considerations of things like coffee, bottled water, and even extras like fruit and eggs in the fridge were unexpected surprises. This is a great part of town literally 1 block from a main shopping street and restaurant options in the city center. Zero regrets about choosing this spot for our 4-night stay!

There are several (4 or 5) flights of stairs inside the building to get to the apartment, which can be difficult with luggage or if you have any mobility issues.

Diego and Anna are wonderful! They were waiting for me, helped me with the bags and showed the apartment. Apartment is amazing! It has everything you might need for a long stay. It is beautifully decorated, has new kitchen appliances, big bathroom and 2 comfortable bedrooms. Apartment is huge! I was staying alone, but felt very comfortable. Location is perfect: one step away from Via Etnea, close to wonderful restaurants and 15 min walk from the bus station.

Nothing. I was really lucky to get this apartment! People with accessibility issues should to keep in mind that there is no elevator and apartment is on the 3rd floor.

Best owner I have ever meet

We loved our stay at Nico’s. It’s a stylish and comfortable space, perfectly located in the centre of Catania. It’s really well equipped with everything you need and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked for those days when you might fancy preparing your own Sicilian meal! And the sunny balcony was a great bonus. Thanks to Diego and Anna who are the kindest and most generous of hosts. We will definitely be back!
