Trip and Hop

Bien ubicado y bastante cerca de muchas de las cosas que hay que visitar.

La televisión no funcionaba, no debe costar mucho arreglar y ponerla en marcha.

Estaba muy bien ubicado, la distancia más larga era de 30 minutos, el apartamento muy acogedor

El sector un poco sucio

La ubicación del apartamento era inmejorable. En el barrio judío y con muy buena comunicación de metro, trolley bus y buses. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y las indicaciones para acceder al mismo era muy claras. Nos proporcionaron videos para poder hacer acceder al apartamento.

Para 4 noches solo nos dieron una toalla.Pedimos tanto al personal de limpieza como a la persona encargada del alojamiento si era posible que nos dieran aunque fuera dos toallas extra ( eramos 3 personas) ya que el calentador no funcionaba y las toallas estaban mojadas y nos dijeron que no podían darnos otra toalla. Una sola toalla para 4 días y más sin poder secarlas es completamente insuficiente. El colchón eran muy duro y las almohadas muy finas.

Cosy apartment with all, that is needed for comfortable accommodation. Close to city center and other sightseeing places. Comfortable pillows, bed linen and towels, hair drier, small fridge and toaster to cook something for breakfast. Clear instructions how to get to the apartment and where to get keys. All was good

Nos costó un poco el laberinto para encontrar las llaves, pero al final lo conseguimos gracias al vídeo enviado por el anfitrión. En realidad, nosotras queríamos un hotel y así pusimos el filtro en Booking, pero nos apareció este apartamento, al mismo precio que un hotel cercano y lo reservamos por error, pensando que era un hotel. Al final, todo fue bien. Volvería por la ducha, genial el agua y el espacio.

No nos gustó que Booking diera la opción de este alojamiento cuando habíamos seleccionado el filtro de "solo hotel".

Everything was great EXCEPT the check in. I will take some of the blame for this as we arrived very late at night after a long journey and I was not thinking straight. However, the instructions for picking up the keys were not very clear and this caused us to waste about 45 minutes or an hour trying to figure out how to get the keys. The instructions left out an important detail. Since there are no people there to help, we relied on a chat with the service. Luckily, it ended up working out, but for a moment I thought we'd have to get a hotel for the night.

The check in, as per the above, was not clear. And since there's no people there to help, it was frustrating. Luckily, I was able to chat with one of the managers and we eventually figured it out.
