C'è un solo bagno con un boiler molto molto piccolo, che rende impossibile fare più di una doccia calda. Un po' un problema quando si è in 5 in casa

CZThe owner is supportive and friendly. The apartment is spacious. We appreciated free coffee and tea. The owner provided some gifts (wine, snacks). The supermarket downstairs is handy though it's not the best market on the island.
We would appreciate mosquito nets in (at least some) windows. The kitchenette is equipped with very basic stuff. If you want a large knife or if you want to cook spaghetti for 5 persons then you have to ask owners for a larger pot. Also, I would appreciate at least basic spices (pepper, grill) available on arrival.
SKEverything was ok, clean and quite place. Not far from Puerto del Rosario.

ESGood place, we had a lovely stay, everything we needed was in place. There is also a nice grill for BBQ on the roof, which we used and it made our stay extra special.
The layout of the room is not perfect for 3 people or for couple + 2 friends, since to get to the bathroom from the double-bed room you have to go past the other room, so you wake them up too
PLI did like the general hospitality and friendliness of the owner. The place is very spacious and clean. Located in the middle of the island and right next to the grocery shop. The terrace is a very nice and big. The place had everything we needed.
The only thing we didn’t like was the temperature. It was very cold and we were sitting under blankets after the sunset. We stayed there on December so it might not be a problem during warmer months.
