"This apartment had everything we needed and was comfy!"

Excellent communication and support from Betsie, especially when we were lost - she was very helpful!

We booked through Booking.com, which listed the unit as "pet friendly," only to learn later that there was a $200 pet fee that was not listed on Booking.com. Since the reservation was not refundable, we had to kennel our dog rather than bring her with us. More transparency prior to making the reservation would have been helpful.

Perfect size for our family. Great setup. Great kitchen and dining area. Super close to the mountain. Really great find.

Fear of ruining towels... lol. The shower head wasn't fully seated and flew off at one point and caused a bit of a watery mess. The hanging rod in the bedroom isn't tightened down well, and screw seems stripped. Couldn't hang anything on it without it spinning and falling.

This was generally an outstanding experience, so this is a very minor nitpick -- the lift at the bottom of the "ski out" trail that runs past the complex was closed for the season, but there was no signage or any other indication that this was the case. As a result, someone could very easily ski to the bottom expecting to be connecting to the mountain and find themselves marooned on the side of a road, several miles from any transport or services.
