It was cute

A bit hard to find a night

This place had such a homely feel to it, and had all the finishing touches you’d expect from a great host like Dawn. A great location along the space coast, with modern amenities and a great welcome book.

Location was not as described

Location was further away then 2 miles from beach

No key - code given by telephone, so easy

No dishwasher so even though there was a nice kitchen, it was not good to cook, as one does not want to spend a long time while on holiday in the kitchen. Needs a draining board / facility if you have to do dishes. Also, if you have to do dishes then you need more than 2 kitchen towels for use in the kitchen - I would like to change all kitchen towels each day. We found that there was only 1 small pot available to use for everything. As we make tea with tea leaves, it would be useful to get a kettle and a tea strainer. So the pot was used for tea, then washed and reused for anything else. Needs a bedside lamp for reading in bed. TV in sitting room is too high so you have to look up all the time - not comfortable to look at tv. The bathroom needs somewhere that you can put the used towels to dry. And more available surface spaces for the guest is needed. All the available surfaces have ornaments. Having said all of that, we much prefer the house to staying in a hotel. And we did enjoy using the house. Thank you.
